Will fix some open issues:

• Fix spawning-all flags destroying item-entities which are thrown out on the ground/lying on the ground (Fabric)
• Fix bug where frost-walker and place-block command are not working as intended together (Forge)
• Fix area command not working correctly Was working correctly. But error message when providing invalid region name was misleading.
• Fix translation error
• place-block flag causes inventory de-sync (visual glitch only) (Fabric)
• Fix single block area displayed with wrong size in CLI
• Fix remove owner not working (seems to work fine)
• Fix command block execution not working

Seems like the spawning-all flag despawning all entities only affects the fabric version.

Berry bushes not covered by place-blocks flag only affects fabric versions.

Investigate if further/similar blocks are also not covered (vines, glow berries, ...?)
