Add more regions shapes

Description
For easier region management, it would be handy to not just be able to create cuboids, but also other shapes like cylinders or spheres.
Todos
- Define regions as prism shapes.
- Define regions as cylinders
- Define regions as spheres
- Define chunk based regions
- Define sub-chunk (section) based regions
- Add an abstraction to check whether a region fully contains another region
- Add an abstraction to check whether a region intersects with another region
- Add CLI support to display properties of different area types
