Crash (severe) placing obsidian barrel in world

When placing obsidian barrel on top of wooden fluid pipe with pulsar from buildcraft causes crash and cannot re-enter world.
- edit- Repeatable, just placing the obsidian barrel in world (grass / dirt) for example, same crash.
