Hello.

This is the second time im having this issue (first time reporting it).

Minecraft ver: 1.21.1
You're in Grave Danger ver: 2.4.16

Details:

1. The location of the grave will disappear.
2. When at the location the grave is there, however I cannot collect it.

Additional:

1. I noticed that when others have this issue it typically occurs on a server crash.
2. I am playing in Single Player and will open to internet to have friends join, whenever it is open to internet there have not been any crashes.
3. My gamestate is still at the grave if you wanted to see the problem first hand to collect additional information.

I saw that you mentioned in previous comments that issues like this are difficult to reproduce so if you would like to see the state of my grave i'd be happy to hop into disc and triage together. Let me know what works best for you :)

Did you die in lava, fire, or cactus? I've found these things will trigger this issue (will be fixed in a future release of the mod).
It's also possible that you've encountered an issue which happens when saving the graves to NBT. Any logs over the time when this issue took place could help me figure it out. The events during the death is usually more informational than how it looks after, but thank you for offering to show me regardless

I did not die any of these ways, I was killed by a mob on woodplank floor.

Not sure why this happens, but it will be fixed in an upcoming version of the mod. I'm planning on releasing it some time this week

Thank you, for the time being I will set my game to keep loot upon death until the new version is released.
