Crashing and Losing Everything

This has happened a few times now. Usually from fall damage, but each time the grave is not generated and the player loses all their stuff. Since we use the Backpacked mod - it's making it even more painful. .Attached is the crash log.
This issue is in fact caused by backpacked, as the dev by mistake used an old version of yigd when implementing their compat. They have fixed the issue in their dev environment as far as I can tell, but it doesn't look like they have uploaded the update yet
