Just the result of me don't realizing client stuff will try to load from the same file that server only stuff is handled. Basically when using a dedicated server it can't understand what a GUI is, freaks out, and crashes.
Made a really quick update resolving the issue on curseforge. Will update on modrinth and github releases tomorrow probably. I'm sorry this happened since it could very easily have been avoided by me just testing to start a server with the mod before publishing the update.
