As said, There's no Granite, Diorite, or Andesite generation. This prevents progression within many tech mods such as Create Mod which uses Andesite Alloys.

This mod doesn't affect ore distributions - only cave shapes are changed. If you're missing ores or disc features such as the ones you mentioned it's likely another mod causing the issue.
