Dooglamoo's modified vanilla biomes don't generate caves

Not sure on the details on this one, but when using BOP + Dooglamoo, it seems BOP biomes have caves while Dooglamoo's modified vanilla biomes do not. Haven't tested to see if caves don't spawn at all when using only Dooglamoo + Better Caves.
Tested on 1.14, which means it probably happens on 1.15 as well.
