No Pharoah spawn

I had a similar problem. After we approached the temple, in a few minutes the temple was set to cleared. I don't know why but for some reasons the Pharoah died. The pharoah should have a custom name at least to see from logs how he died.
Here too, Pharaoh didn't spawn apparently, tried to locate it to see if it was spawned in a wall or it was not in the throne room but with the minecraft:glowing command it didn't shown up anywhere. I have a doubt about that because I used the minecraft:husk entity name for the command (it worked for the royal guards) since there's no "pharaoh" entity in the list, but I didn't guessed any alternative. So yeah, Pharaoh simply didn't spawn, the fatigue effect is still on so it didn't die in any way and it is nowhere to be found, neither inside the temple or outside.
I think the problem is changing the game difficulty to "peaceful". Pharaoh disappears and does not return.
I noticed that pharaon can spawn as a baby husk and run away from the boss room. In my case I found him in the pit where you're supposed to jump on lanterns. Maybe disable an option for pharaon to spawn as a baby?
Same here.
I was exploring the mod in peaceful mode. When I entered the boss room with the throne and looted it, I wanted to disable mining fatigue, so I changed the mode to normal. Pharaoh never spawns no matter what I do.
I was exploring "Prominence II" modpack. I think, that doesn't really matter. I understand that the issue here, for my case, is entering the room in peaceful mode because the boss spawns only once, when you first enter the room, but when you're playing in peaceful mode, it spawns and despawns immediately. And as it has spawned once, it cannot spawn again. But as you haven't killed it (despawning isn't equal to dying), the mining fatigue will never be disabled in this temple.
So... is there a way to disable mining fatigue or to summon the pharaoh by command? Or do I need to recover the world from the backup where I haven't entered the boss room and then enter it in non-peaceful mode for the pharaoh to spawn? I think, this would work. If you have the backup. My only backup is from the time I already have entered the room in the peaceful mode. So with no command for disabling mining fatigue or for respawning the pharaoh I cannot disable mining fatigue.
Encountered this on 1.20.1 in a custom pack and did some digging to try and pinpoint the issue. Posting my findings here as they might help others in the future.
The Pharaoh does not spawn (in either this mod or IDAS's Labyrinth) if running alongside More Mob Variants AND C2ME (via Sinytra Connector). Disabling either C2ME or MMV solves the issue for me.
Tested on
Minecraft 1.20.1
Forge 47.3.22
Yung's API 1.20-Forge-4.0.6
Yung's Better Desert Temple 1.20-Forge-3.0.3
More Mob Variants 1.3.0.1
Sinytra Connector 1.0.0-beta.46+1.20.1
Concurrent Chunk Management Engine 0.2.0+alpha.11.15
Starting in 1.20.4 I added checks to address scenarios where the Pharaoh somehow dies accidentally or outside of the temple's bounds. And I just released a new version, v4.1.3 for 1.21.1, that makes it so that the temple gets cleared if the Pharaoh gets discarded in any scenario at all, including if it despawns due to Peaceful mode being enabled. This should hopefully clear up the vast majority of these cases.
I'll be closing this issue for now, but @eilamg if you'd like you can open a new report for your specific issue, as it seems to be different from the rest.
