Heyho, when your mods are installed the tieredz armor / weapon modifiers dont get applied on spawn.

Would be awesome if they were cause with tieredz you can't get normal things (only uncommon / common / rare / ... )

Also each rarity has up to 4 different chances (4 different values (uncommon_1 / uncommon_2 / .. ))
