Is it compatible with Hopo Better Mineshaft? Will the YOUNG Mineshaft and Hopo Mineshaft be generated separately? It probably replaces vanilla mines, that's what I'm talking about)

Should be compatible, as far as I'm aware. Hopo explicitly doesn't touch Vanilla mineshafts, which is what this mod makes edits to. I've also had no issues using them both myself (though I was playing on 1.20.4 Fabric).
