issue with opening better strongholds/yung's API

This is probably a stupid question/issue, but it says I need fabric >= 0.36.0. I have the latest fabric loader which is 0.11.6, for 1.17 where I got it from fabric's website. Is there something else that I'm missing? Only Yung's mods are having this issue and no other mod.

Oh my god I'm so stupid, I think it was fabric API and not the actual loader that wasn't up to date.
