For some reason textures just break with this mod installed. Sometimes it happens in-world other times in the inventory. Here is a log with some blocks mentioned at the end (ignore the other errors in the log I gotta figure that out later lol) Also here are screenshots:

Not sure about the cause of this, but yeah there are quite a bit of errors in there lol, it's kinda difficult to make sense of what the cause could be. I would be surprised if it's due to Cave Biomes though, as I've yet to see any other users with this issue and it appears to be a pretty massive bug.
