Same as (closed) issue #44

Miners Fervor enchantment has no effect on mining speed.

Tested with diamond pick with and without enchantment.
Tested on andesite and obsidian.

Using Zenith v1.1.9 in the Prominence II RPG modpack.

A pack "staff" member suggested the enchant was "just bad" but i feel like it must be a bug.

I'm also getting this. Miners Frevor AND Boon of the Earth are not working.

Tested it just now in the Promience II RPG modpack. Tested it at varying different y levels, comparing to an efficiency 4 and a basic netherite pick. There is no difference and think it is a bug.
