[BUG] Anvil & Ench Table are overridden even if module is disabled

Description

There seems to be an incompatibility with Zenith and other Anvil or Enchantment Table related mods.
This is due to Zenith overridding the vanilla Anvil and Enchantment Table, even if the ench module is disabled.

Version

Observed this in version 1.2.4-1.20.1 Fabric.
