Zeta Version error : Forge : 1.19.2 (Request/Bug)

There appears to be a bug in Forge 1.19.2 that doesn't allow the launcher to start due to a version error from Zeta/Quark
Minecraft 1.19.2
Forge 43.4.2
Zeta 1.0-24
Quark 3.4-418
I understand that 1.19.2 is not a version that you release versions for but this bug does force the client to fail on startup due to versions errors. I am not sure if Zeta pushed a final version or Quark didn't push that update to this version. I am just requesting that a final version be released to fix this issue. I am not sure if Zeta is the issue or Quark in this case.
