What Happened:
The Dark Steel Upgrade "Step Assist" in EnderIO is not working in my 1.12.2 forged Minecraft modpack with Zollern Galaxy installed. I cannot automatically go up a block with the Step Assist Dark Boots.

What Is Expected To Happen:
When I wear the upgraded EnderIO Boots on, I can go up a block without jumping.

How to reproduce:

1. Open Forged Minecraft with EIO and Zollern installed and grab Dark Boots with all upgrades in creative inventory or JEI.
2. Put it on.
3. Find a one-block-high platform and walk towards it.

@alphawolf918 The reason this is occuring is very likely because you are overriding stepHeight here even if the player is not wearing one of your armor sets.

I'm aware of the issue as well as the cause, thank you. However, I can't drop everything I'm doing to fix a small bug on a video game when I have more important matters to attend to. Thanks for understanding. I'll get to this when I do the next update.

Okay, this should hopefully be fixed when I release the next update. There are a few more bugs I want to tackle first, but hopefully this one should work when released. If not, then just reopen it after testing it out.
