[BUG] transparent blocks

With the ZY craft tank, a block named "hard block" appears and is a transparent block.
Steps to reproduce
build zy tank
see "hard block" and it'll be transparent
Disappears randomly, left-clicking on it, also relogging.
Expected behaviour
The tank not to be transparent

Do you have Optifine installed or any other mods that "improve" performance? Anyway, show your mod list so I can see what can cause this bug.

also we found this with the tank:
Built 3x3x7 Zycraft multitank with 2 valves, filled with creosote.
Logged out, logged back in. Tank is no longer formed, can't be reformed by shift-clicking valves.
Removed all non-zycraft blocks that formed tank. Are invisible blocks where the inside of the tank and the valves were that can't be touched/broken/seen/etc.
Well, I can't see anything useful in this log, this problem needs to be debugged properly because I never had any issues with unformed tanks when loading back to my test worlds. Anyway, I recommend removing RoadRunner and trying to play without it, because Lithium and its forks (like RoadRunner) that trying to improve performance are usually making a lot of changes to game code and something that was developed only with Minecraft & Forge environment in mind might break horribly.
