Describe your issue

Crystal of Creation isn't craftable in Survival mode. None of the Crystals which are required getting dropped form their respective bosses.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Kill the bosses which are required to get their respective Crystals. No Boss drops a Crystal, either manually killed or automated.
