This has been an issue before: #42

Server crashes on startup. Harder Illage and Spillage loads a client-side only mod

Details:

	Failure message: Harder Illage and Spillage (iands_tweaks) has failed to load correctly
		java.lang.RuntimeException: Attempted to load class net/minecraft/client/player/LocalPlayer for invalid dist DEDICATED_SERVER

Run as a dedicated server.

Modpack version 3.1.48 updated Harder Illage and Spillage from 1.1.1 to 1.3.1.

All versions since 1.2.0 are broken.

Still an issue in v3.1.51

Fixed in the latest update, v3.1.52.
