Is this a modpack or mod issue?
This is an issue with the interaction between the Kibe vacuum hopper and Modern Industrialisation.

PLEASE MENTION IF YOU ADDED ANY MODS.. ESPECIALLY SODIUM, IF YOU DON'T, IT MAKES US VERY GRUMPY
Added sodium and indium.

Describe the bug
If you connect a vacuum hopper to a chest using MI item pipes it should be pulling items from the hopper into the chest. It used to work at some point - and still works with MI fluid pipes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place a vacuum hopper
2. Place a chest
3. Place MI item pipes between and make sure you set their I/O correctly.
4. Chuck some stuff at the vacuum hopper
5. Look in the chest.
6. Be sad.

Expected behavior
The items from the vacuum hopper should end up in the chest like it used to.

User error (me). Both ends of the item pipe need to be set to blacklist mode.
