There is no crafting recipe to turn a Lightly Damaged heart of the sky into a full heart of the sky.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'the REI menu'
2. Right Click on 'lightly damaged heart of the sky'
3. there's no recipes...
4. See error

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
I expected there to be a recipe for the next upgrade, and there was not.
