Is this a modpack or mod issue?
(if something is screwy using a certain mod, then send the bug to the mod dev first.)
possibly mod but also could be modpack
PLEASE MENTION IF YOU ADDED ANY MODS.. ESPECIALLY SODIUM, IF YOU DON'T, IT MAKES US VERY GRUMPY

Modpack Version
(any bugs using a non-up-to-date version will be asked to replicate with the most up-to-date release)
1.16.5

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Minecraft loader screen will make the ding sound, show the main menu of Minecraft for a second and then continue to reload the loading screen & repeat the ding sound as if it is loading ( basically repeating the process indefinitely). FYI: I do have sodium included in the mods folder.

To Reproduce
1. download curse forge app & all of fabric 3
2. add sodium to mod files
3. click play on all of fabric 3 in the curseforge launcher
4. click play in Minecraft launcher
5. wait for loading screen
6. error

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
for Minecraft to finish the loading bar, make the ding sound and for me to be able to interact with the main menu etc.

I've had the same problem - I fixed it by disabling Sodium which is unfortunate. Also a mod included in the pack "Blockshifter" needs to be removed for the pack to launch on my system.

Currently, to use sodium with quite a few Fabric mods, including at least 6+ in our modpack, you also need to add the mod Indium, which currently is only downloadable from their github actions, or you can grab it from the #faqs channel in our discord. Once you have Indium it works just fine. To use Sodium you also need to have the Modrinth version of sodium which is v0.2.0, unless curseforge has been updated to that version.

hi! i found a workaround :) in order to launch the game with sodium, you need to download both indium and sodium (modrinth version) from AOF3 discord server, add both mod packs to mod folder, remove block shifter and then you’re all good to go!!
