Describe the bug
Placing end crystals on the end exit portal doesn't respawn the dragon

To Reproduce
Place end crystals in the normal spots on the end exit portal
Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Ender Dragon respawna

Additional context
This BetterEnd bug was fixed a while ago but the pack hasn't been updated, this is the same for many other mods (namely mystical agriculture where most of the augments do absolutely nothing)

Please update the pack to get rid of these bugs.
