[BUG] BLAST Mod's Strip Miner is Uncraftable.

PLEASE MENTION IF YOU ADDED ANY MODS.. ESPECIALLY SODIUM, IF YOU DON'T, IT MAKES US VERY GRUMPY

Describe the bug
I was looking through the modlist and saw the BLAST mod. Decided to try and craft the Strip Miner, but then realized I could not craft the gunpowder block from the BLAST mod. This is because it shares a recipe with the gunpowder block from Charm, and the two are not interchangeable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Try to craft gunpowder block. (9 gunpowder in crafting grid)
  2. Receive gunpowder block from the Charm mod, not the BLAST mod.
  3. Strip Miner recipe does not accept the gunpowder block from the Charm mod.

Expected behavior
I expected the gunpowder blocks to be interchangeable, but they are not.

Additional context
I don't know if there is an oredictionary type of modding tool for Fabric, but I feel like it could easily solve this problem by making the two different gunpowder blocks exchangeable.
