[BUG] Shift-clicking items in AE2 Crafting Terminal sometimes transfers all like items in inventory.

Is this a modpack or mod issue?
Modpack (Ive tested the mod outside of the modpack and the bug is not present)

PLEASE MENTION IF YOU ADDED ANY MODS.. ESPECIALLY SODIUM, IF YOU DON'T, IT MAKES US VERY GRUMPY

Describe the bug
When using the Applied Energistics 2 Crafting (and normal) Terminal and shift-clicking items into the ME system, it will often transfer all stacks of that same item from inventory into the ME system.

To Reproduce

  1. Place a Creative Energy Cell
  2. Place an ME Drive
  3. Insert any number of ME Storage Cells into the ME Drive
  4. Place a Fluix ME Glass Cable onto the ME Drive
  5. Place an ME Terminal (crafting or normal) onto the Fluix ME Glass Cable.
  6. Put several stacks of any item into your inventory.
  7. Open the ME Terminal and begin Shift+Clicking item stacks into the ME System.

Expected behavior
Shift-clicking at the terminal should transfer items one at a time unless you double-click, like a normal minecraft chest.

Additional context
I have tried to reproduce this bug with only AE2 enabled and was unable to do so. I also tested it without the two mods I added and the bug is still present.
