I'm not really sure what is exactly the issue since I'm not all familiar with coding, but I did manage to grab a config note of the last crash I had. Basically the issue I'm having is certain places I go to causes a massive lag spike, where I can't break or take damage or literally anything. On top of it, when I tried repairing the mod folder on Curseforge it didn't do much justice, as well as restarting the world still causes this issue.

Here's the latest file of the last crash I had in the world, it's singleplayer and I tried opening LAN to see if it could fix anything. Unfortunately, nothing.
