My Network Node was set to store 1000M (1G) power, and I had it 100% full. When the server restarted, the power stored dropped down to 100M again, which is the default setting, despite retaining the setting of 1G power storage. My guess is that it defaults to 100M and then changes to 1G, voiding the excess power.
