Not entirely sure what causes this, i can't seem to replicate it.
But sometimes i enchant an item with the Mana enchanter, i take the item off and when i go away and come back later or log out and back in the item is back on the enchanter but also in my inventory, this persists until i physically destroy the mana enchanter.

Since i can't seem to replicate this yet i cannot tell if it's a Botania thing or caused by the pack or server (this only happened on multiplayer so far)
