OhtheBiomes Lignite can be used to make MI Coal Dust but MI's own Lignite can't. MI probably rationalises it as due to the difference twixt Anthracite and Lignite but since you've got OtB's Lignite in there... It'll give me something to do with my chest full of MI Lignite other than furnaces and generators. :D

edit: While I'm here... since we have so many new biomes in the nether replacing the vanilla soulsand and soulsoil with modded variants, it would be nice to see those modded ones work in other places like for creating TechReborn's oil (normally gotten by centrifuging soul sand/soil; in my world, the vanilla stuff is quite rare)

edit2: Windmills use Marble Dust which is crafted from mixing ground up Obsidian and Diorite. Perhaps since we have Marble generated in the world, that could simply be ground up.
