everytime I try scrolling through my ME system it moves items how do I disable this

This is actually from the mod "Mouse Tweaks"

To fix it,

Open the escape menu, click mods button, scroll to mouse tweaks then click the configuration button in top left and then turn off mouse wheel tweaks.
