I had placed a Redstone Lamp to use as flooring in a building, turned on a Redstone Link that was linked to a single lamp, warped to my current base and then back to the building, and the lighting was messed up in the chunk that had them. I added more without realizing it had happened, and 3 or 4 of the 10 chunks were messed up and pitch black after it was all done.
