The Rock Cutter seems to be storing A LOT more power than it should. As shown from these screen shots.

It also is USING a lot more power than it should. Wiki says it should use 10 per block, but it looks like its using around 500 energy per block instead, going by these screenshots.

Display issue appears to be a TR issue. TR is not supporting 1.18.2 development anymore and this is unlikely to be fixed. It has been fixed in 1.19
