When flint and steel is placed inside a dispenser and given a redstone signal, the block 'clicks' and emits a few smoke particles but doesn't set fire to blocks, active nether portals, or ignite the Soul Forge (from Conjuring).

This occurs regardless of fire tick setting. Otherwise it works as expected: it still shears sheep, fires arrows, and places/retracts liquids.

I was trying to ignite the Soul Forge with flint and steel, and I ran into the same problem.
I tried with fire charges but they doesn't work too.

Other than those two, the dispenser works fine.

I'm playing on v2.0.6.
