Needed to make a pickaxe on the go, had mined certus quartz. Made pickaxe lvl2 from crystals. No Modern industrialization blocks of lvl 1 or 2 can be mined.

Quartz pickaxe has same issue as Certus quartz pickaxe. This is occurring in "All of Fabric 5"
