Applied Energistics 2 GUIs do not support dark mode

The GUIs for all of the Applied Energistics 2 machines do not appear to support the JEI dark mode settings. It would be great if those GUIs, like the GUIs for many other mods, would not show up as full brightness when the dark mode was in use.
