Cannot get Farmer's Delight Rice
Croptopia's rice is not useable in the recipe - cooked/uncooked

Farmer's Delight Rice JEI shows can get the rice from Croptopia's rice seed but it is not in craft, it is a drop -

I have 3 FD rice from chest from awhile back - when I put it into craft - it will turn into Croptopia rice seed, but cannot reverse

Not quite sure I understand what you're trying to say.. You make FD's Rice from either Wild Rice or Rice Panicle.
