Not sure what's happening but deaths on my server aren't being counted since I updated to 1.5.4. There are no death messages in chat and the death statistic isn't increasing either

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Okay figured it out and it was my fault. Added Richardshome mod for /home commands and that broke deaths for some reason
