File causes crashes with notable https://modrinth.com/mod/noteable since both https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/notes and Notable use a file called notes.json.

Since this config isnt used for any mods, i would suggest removing it from the pack (along with any other config that is not for a current mod in the pack)
