"I added the recipe for" ... did you remove all the other recipes that would conflict? recipes search for inputs to determine recipes. machines that take multiple inputs, will search for any matching recipe not just recipes that take all inputs in the inventory. order is not reliable. you must remove any conflicting recipes if you are adding recipes
