Long Trains do not render + Rendering issues due to entity cullling

I have noticed that trains that are the max 128 track length can be de-rendered if you look away from the back. This can be resolved by adding the create:carriage_contraption to the config of entity culling specifically the tick culling and entity whitelist. Also it would be helpful to add create's contraption chunkloader mod as this would allow for extremely long trains.
