From what my server hoster said trofers has is caused a crash and other things are saying they are outdated and possibly causing world gen lag

I see it is causing issues with mine as well, whenever I am loading chunks that have those outdated buildings I get crazy rubber banding.

the worldgen issue is pretty much all the structure mod devs not updating their structures. you can alleviate a LOT of them by updating them with structure-fixer and then adding them to datapacks via the paxi folder. i did some tests and yungs betteroceanmonuments can spike RAM up to 40GB on worldgen (if you let it)...it kills the system.

not sure they are up to date with the mods anymore, but i did just that and posted them https://github.com/Linguardium/aof6structures/ you should be able to download the zips and replace the ones in configs/paxi for those at least. i would highly suggest removing yungs better ocean monuments

Gonna have him remove the mod for now as well as add falling trees as I'm sick of having big floating trees that I'm to lazy to finish breaking. Also a side note about trofers is it doesn't seem to even work correctly it says it'll give u a reward every 8 minutes but cant even do that apparently.. Also we only seem to have issues when opening chests that haven't been opened before these can be normal chests or lootr ones and only happens then!

it is kind of automatic. ModernFix caches the structures as they pass through the datafixerupper so as long as the server loads them once, it should be "fixed" for the specific structure. There are at least 1240 structure files updated on my server cache for instance. I believe it was over 2000 outdated last i checked (if you include the ones in mods like yung's)

so should i have him add modern fix to the server aswell i feel like getting rid of the better ocean monuments has helped a lot as well as trofers
