Exception in server tick loop

hello I have a small crash problem which means that I can no longer access my game. basically when I launch my map it goes to the loading screen then when the small map is at 100% the game crashes and I but an error:The game crashed whilst exception in server tick loop
Error: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: arraycopy: length -1 is negative
