I know FTB Chunks is included but to be honest JM is a way better map, with a way better handling of waypoints (that can be shared via chat too).
It also integrates with the waystones mod.

No issues found so far.

The only real issue is that obviously you'll get 2 maps at the first start.
Setting force_disable_minimap: true to FTB Chunks' default settings solves the problem, so not really a big issue.
