Yes, FTB Ultimine is included already and allows for quick tree chopping, but this mod is quite different, and there are several reasons why an admin would want to limit FTB Ultimine's functionalities (it also makes 3x3 upgrades for some tools quite pointless).

It basically allows you to chop the whole tree by chopping the same block multiple times (the number of chops required depends on the amount of logs the tree you're chopping is made of). It's fairly balanced, you still consume hunger and durability of the tool you're using for every single chop you do.
It also integrates with WTHIT so you get information on how long is gonna take to chop the whole tree.

No issues found, even FTB Ultimine's "conflict" (it's not an actual conflict after all) seems to generate no issues.
