What happened?

When you have the upgrades necessary for the forge hammer and try to make a netherite hammer or the equilivent that requires a tier 7 hammer. It goes through the action, but doesn't take up any resources and doesn't upgrade the tool. Doesn't even use up any of the thermal cell charge as well. However I'm unsure if the bug is related to the pack itself or the tetra mod in general If it's with the mod I'll write up a bug report there also.

Hmm, people are saying it could be related to tps issues but won't close until confirmed.

Ok, managed to fix it. Believe it was a tps issue or relating to the forge hammer not updating correctly. Just had to rewrench a module into place and it was fixed.
