Removal of guidebooks from loot tables of dungeon/mineshaft/end/etc chests

Earlier today on the 2.1.0 patreon server, I came across an evilcraft book in a mineshaft loot chest. Lexica botania and evilcraft book are semi-common, so I suggest removing them from the loot tables.
