What happened?

About a day ago we started getting frequent crashes whenever a player was online. We were not able to link it to a specific action that anyone did at the time. Last night Bisect Hosting's support team suggested and ran a region fixer which I thought fixed the issue at first because I didn't get any crash reports until today when someone tried to join the server again. The attached log is from today's crash. We are on latest version at the time of reporting - v2.1.8. During the crashes yesterday I did have one crash report that referenced a ServerHangWatchdog but all the other crash reports were similar to the one attached.
