What happened?
The Minecolonies university upgrade from level 3 to level 4, from the "Caledona" style, requires this "Round Block of Copper Pillar", which doesn't exist.

It does exist, it's just the inventory icon is invisible. In the meantime, you can still craft it in the architect's cutter:
