What happened?

I am unable to progress with Nature's Aura.
It shows the progression hint on Natural Practices (Ritual of the Forest and Aura Bottling) but I already done everything in these chapters except the bottled vacuum.

When viewing Advancements there is not even a Nature's Aura section.

After a restart of the game now only Ritual of the Forest has the progression hint but progress is still stuck on 4/5.
Although other chapters became available.
